Reviews and Ratings
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is amazing, right across the university and within walking distance of great restaurants, Starbucks, and even a supermarket. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although mine wasn't ready until 5:30, but it was totally worth the wait. The service was a bit mixed; some staff were friendly but others seemed put out and couldn't keep up with demand. The dining experience was fantastic with a variety of delicious options, although it was a bummer that breakfast ran out early. The hotel facilities were great, especially being conveniently across the street from Mathew Knight Arena.
Upon arrival, the room wasn't ready, but it had a small balcony with a lovely view of a creek. The two-bedroom setup was nice, and the campus views were great. However, the service seemed rude during the final check-in, though it was convenient to drop off bags before the room was ready. The location across the university was fantastic, just a short walk away, with access to various amenities. The dining experience had a good selection of dishes but lacked some options. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory.
The hotel is conveniently located near UO activities with a private atmosphere. The rooms were bright, spacious, and featured a nice balcony, but the lack of an elevator can be a downside. Service was friendly but had some cleanliness issues. Dining offered good options, making the stay a great value.
The hotel offers moderately-priced rooms that are very comfortable. We enjoyed a full breakfast with gluten-free options. The rooms were amazing, featuring a huge walk-in shower with great water pressure. However, we had to clean off some coffee rings on tables and windowsills, and there was no remote for the TV.
The hotel was top-notch, offering standardized rooms without any unpleasant surprises. The highlight was the spacious and impeccably clean rooms, although the dining was subpar. The service was pleasant overall, but with a slightly brusque attitude in some situations. The location was excellent, perfect for university visits and dining, while the dining experience was rated the worst I've encountered at a hotel.
